Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets or making bookings on Tiksit. By using our platform you agree to be bound by these terms.

General Provisions

1.1These Terms govern the use of the Platform (hereinafter – "Platform").
1.2By registering on the Platform and purchasing a ticket, the user confirms that they agree to these Terms.
1.3The Platform acts as an intermediary between the user and the event organiser.

2.

Account Creation

2.1The user registers by providing an email address.
2.2The user is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including phone number, first name, and last name.
2.3The user is responsible for the security of their account.

3.

Ticket Purchase

3.1Tickets listed on the Platform belong to specific events organised by event organisers.
3.2When purchasing a ticket, the user pays: the ticket price; and the payment processing fee determined by the payment provider.
3.3The Platform charges a service fee, which is either already included in the final price or shown separately.

4.

Payments

4.1Payments are processed through a third-party payment system.
4.2The Platform does not store bank card details.
4.3The payment process is subject to the payment provider's terms and conditions.

5.

Ticket Delivery

5.1After purchasing a ticket, the user receives an electronic ticket (with QR code) by email.
5.2The user is required to provide the correct email address.
5.3Each ticket can only be used once.

6.

Refunds

6.1Refunds are issued in the following case: event cancellation.
6.2Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the original payment.

7.

User Obligations

7.1The user must not use the Platform for any illegal purposes.

8.

Platform Liability

8.1The Platform is not responsible for the quality or performance of the event.
8.2The Platform is not responsible for technical disruptions caused by third parties.

9.

Changes

9.1The Platform reserves the right to modify and update the Terms at any time.
9.2Changes take effect immediately upon publication.

10.

Governing Law

10.1These Terms are governed by the legislation of Georgia.
10.2Disputes shall be resolved in the Common Courts of Georgia.
